Discovery

We start with a comprehensive 30-45 minute intake session to deeply understand your technical requirements, team culture, and business objectives. During this phase, we document your tech stack, team structure, collaboration tools, and timeline expectations. We establish a clear Statement of Work (SOW) with our 25/25/50 payment structure and commit to providing updates every 72 hours. This foundation ensures complete alignment before we begin the search process.

Sourcing

Leveraging our extensive network across Greece's tech ecosystem, we initiate targeted candidate sourcing through multiple channels. We utilize direct outreach to passive candidates, partnerships with technical communities, and our proprietary database of pre-screened talent. Our AI-powered tools analyze GitHub activity, open-source contributions, and CV signals to identify high-potential candidates. We also share 3 sample profiles with you early on to calibrate what 'good' looks like for your specific needs.

Vetting

Every candidate undergoes our rigorous multi-stage vetting process. This includes AI-assisted triage of technical signals, code quality assessments using tools like SonarQube, Snyk Code, and CodeQL, followed by structured technical interviews (15-minute code walkthrough, 20-minute system design, 10-minute trade-offs discussion). We also evaluate soft skills including async communication abilities, ownership mindset, and incident handling capabilities. Senior tech professionals on our team conduct the final human filtering to ensure only the best candidates move forward.

Presentation

We deliver a curated shortlist of 3-5 candidates, each accompanied by comprehensive scorecards that cover technical depth, code quality, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, potential risks, and our honest recommendations. These detailed profiles include examples of their work, reference check summaries, and clear insights into how each candidate aligns with your specific requirements and team culture.

Placement

We provide full-service support throughout the entire hiring process. This includes interview coordination and scheduling, technical assessment facilitation, offer letter preparation and negotiation support, counteroffer management if needed, and notice period coordination with their current employer. We act as a liaison between you and the candidate to ensure smooth communication and help address any concerns that arise during this critical phase.

Follow-Up

Our commitment doesn't end at placement. We conduct structured check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days post-hire to monitor integration success, address any challenges, and ensure long-term stability. This ongoing support helps identify and resolve potential issues early, contributing to our industry-leading 90% retention rate at the 90-day mark. We remain available as a resource for both you and the placed candidate throughout their first quarter.
